TERROIR
Grape harvested in the area of Mendavia on plots located between 300 and 600 meters of altitude. The vineyards in perfect balance allow the harvesting of grapes in optimal state of maturity. The low yields per hectare allow to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine.
WINEMAKING
Destemmed and partially crushed, with high proportion of whole berries, daily pumping to extract colour, tannins and aromas from the grapes. Fermentation controlled at temperature between 23 and 28o C with selected and native yeasts, to obtain wines of good aromatic complexity.
