Our Prosecco DOC Treviso extra dry is a soft sparkling wine obtained from our vineyards located in the Treviso hills (Villa Rovero locality) composed of a mainly clayey soil. The stumps for each hectare are 3000, the grapes are grown with the Cappuccina-Sylvoz system. The vinification is white with a soft pressing, after a static settling at low temperature the must is added with selected yeasts. The fermentation lasts about 15 days and then the wine is kept in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks at 5 ° C until the second fermentation.
