A wine made of Cabernet DOC Asolo Montello grapes from the vineyard situated on the Asolo hills (Virginia Vineyard). There are 4500 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot system. The grapes are collected in cases during the manual harvest and then they macerate for 10 days, the wine is kept in oak barrels for 12 months.
