TERROIR
Grape harvested in the area of Mendavia on plots located between 300 and 600 meters of altitude. The vineyards in perfect balance allow the harvesting of grapes in optimal state of maturity. The low yields per hectare allow to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine.
WINEMAKING
Destemmed and partial crushing of the grape followed by a short maceration at a temperature between 8 and 10o C.
