Only the finest Cabernet Sauvignon vines are selected. Following a cryomaceration of 6 hours in a pneumatic press the must is decanted statically with the clean part taken to be fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16ºC.
Murviedro Colección Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is a beautiful delicate wine, ideal as an aperitif or with meat, pasta or paella. Served chilled at between 6º to 8ºC.
Tasting Note :
Colour: Pale cherry.
Aroma: Aromas of high intensity with tones of red fruit and a touch of pepper at the end.
Taste: Intense, elegant with good fruit and lively acidity.
